Job Responsibility:

Participate in reviewing a variety of marketing and advertising media including print, digital, video, social, and more for brand standards, consistency, accuracy, style, grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax
Identify opportunity for standard theories and concepts in copyediting within enterprise creative services
Conduct basic or tactical assigned research and authenticity verification, ensuring development layout, format, specifications and design standards are met
Present recommendations for improving marketing, design, and production
Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of specifications and design standards
Provide information as a subject matter professional for management and collaborate with peers
Review a wide range of projects, both print and digital, to ensure grammatical accuracy, brand and legal compliance, web accessibility, and other job specifications
Work closely with the creative and production teams to suggest changes or modifications that will enhance content readability, consistency, and style
Perform quality checks and functional testing on digital properties

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Creative Services, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor’s degree or higher
Candidate must have strong editorial knowledge and ability to enforce formalized brand standards
Must have experience in digital content/editing within content management systems
Must be familiar with digital best practices and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
