We are looking for a creative and versatile copy/content writer who can craft compelling narratives across formats—from sharp social media captions to engaging blogs, website content, UX writing, and video scripts. This role goes beyond traditional writing. We’re looking for someone who understands branding, storytelling, and audience psychology and can translate ideas into content that drives engagement, builds brand voice, and delivers impact across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and video teams on client projects, video shoots, and campaign executions, contributing to storytelling both on and off the screen. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of humor, spontaneity, and the ability to quickly understand different contexts and brands while consistently delivering high-quality, creative output. You will be working across multiple brands, contributing to campaigns, content strategy, and storytelling initiatives across digital platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Create compelling content for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and client projects
Write across formats, including blogs, website content, landing pages, UX writing, ad copies, social media captions, and emailers
Develop video scripts, storyboards, and story concepts for reels, ads, brand films, and client deliverables
Work closely with the production team during shoots, assisting with scripting, shot flow, and on-ground storytelling
Be part of client video shoots and production environments, contributing ideas in real-time
Collaborate with videographers, designers, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life
Contribute to content strategy and campaign ideation for multiple brands
Craft engaging, witty, and context-driven copy tailored to different audiences and platforms
Write UX copy and microcopy that enhances user experience across digital products
Use AI tools to ideate, optimize, and scale content creation while maintaining originality and quality
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and cultural moments to create relevant content
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content
Edit and refine content based on feedback and performance insights
Work on multiple brands and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site
Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
Analyze content marketing metrics and make changes as needed
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in copywriting/content writing for marketing, digital, or creative agencies
Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, scripts, and multi-format writing
Ability to write video scripts, ad copy, and storytelling-driven content
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how content translates into video formats
Experience or interest in being part of video shoots, production environments, or client projects
Excellent writing skills with a strong grasp of tone, humor, and audience engagement
Ability to think spontaneously and contribute ideas during live shoots and brainstorming sessions
Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar) for content creation and ideation
Good understanding of social media trends and content formats
Basic knowledge of SEO, branding, and digital marketing principles
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and also collaborate with freelancers to produce content
Experience using WordPress is preferred but not mandatory
