Job Responsibility:
Operate and manage reprographics equipment to produce high-quality copies and scans
Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Perform document scanning tasks to ensure accurate digital records
Provide support for hospitality, facilities, and reception services as needed
Manage audio/visual setups for meetings and events
Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
Ensure all tasks are completed according to established procedures and client requirements
Assist with maintaining an organized and detail-oriented office environment
Collaborate with team members to address client and office needs promptly
Uphold confidentiality and security standards while handling sensitive documents
Requirements:
Experience with document scanning and reproduction equipment
Familiarity with mailroom operations and procedures
Proficiency in using a multi-line phone system for call management
