Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Copy Clerk to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This long-term contract position focuses on providing mailroom support, light reprographic tasks, and office services. The ideal candidate will be personable, attentive to detail, and adaptable, with the ability to step into a client-facing role when needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily mailroom operations, including processing inbound and outbound mail
  • Perform scheduled mail runs and ensure timely delivery within the office
  • Handle FedEx package drop-offs at the building's designated location
  • Provide reception coverage as required, maintaining a courteous and attentive demeanor
  • Assist with coordinating and supporting in-office events involving visitors
  • Stock and clean the breakroom to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
  • Perform light copy, printing, and reprographic tasks, including occasional large-volume print jobs
  • Conduct virtual interviews when necessary, ensuring a smooth and attentive experience
