Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Copilot and Power Platform Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our CRM and Business Apps division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and architect solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, leveraging Copilot, AI, and Azure cloud technologies to build scalable and intelligent systems
  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into solution architectures and detailed implementation estimates
  • Drive solution shaping and estimation activities to support scalable and compliant delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposals and participating in tenders and competitive bidding processes
  • Drive the analysis of business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities to enhance them through AI-powered automation and low-code solutions
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex international projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between architecture, execution, and business objectives
  • Define solution roadmaps and evolution strategies, providing clear estimates on effort, timelines, and feasibility to enable structured and scalable delivery
  • Act as a technical advisor on Copilot and AI adoption, promoting best practices, governance, and innovation across the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment, contributing to innovation while staying aligned with the latest advancements in Microsoft AI and cloud technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience in design and architecture of enterprise solutions on Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Logic Apps) and their use in cloud architectures
  • Experience in complex project delivery, with involvement in technical design and implementation phases
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders, supporting them across all project phases from discovery to delivery
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience in project coordination or management, including planning, tracking, and risk management
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft solutions (i.e. Dynamics 365 / SharePoint Online / etc...)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
  • Experience in leading technical teams within structured delivery contexts
  • Familiarity with governance and adoption strategies for Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
