Job Responsibility
Understand client needs and translate them into effective job management
Take ownership of work packages, ensuring timely completion and revenue recognition
Maintain clear communication with clients about project statuses and key dependencies
Lead the management of deliverables with our Technical and Operations Teams
Confidently chair client meetings and set priorities effectively
Leverage client relationships to ensure accountability and on-time delivery
Chase necessary data and information rigorously for timely project completion
Support risk mitigation plans and process improvements
Monitor targets weekly to maximise opportunities and meet contract delivery goals
Requirements
Office based administration or coordination experience
Excellent communicator and great people skills
