Job Description

We are looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment efforts by ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and verify requisition details in the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and assign tasks to recruiters
  • Publish job postings on internal and external platforms, including niche and local job boards, tailored to specific positions
  • Provide support to Talent Acquisition Advisors by screening candidates and updating their statuses within the applicant tracking system
  • Draft offer letters for review and extend them to selected candidates as required
  • Develop recruitment marketing materials based on company templates, including flyers and mailers, to assist hiring managers in promoting vacancies
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to ensure effective communication and successful execution of recruitment strategies
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to candidates and hiring processes
  • Manage competing priorities and respond efficiently to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or administrative roles requiring high levels of coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple requests
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and precise interactions
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
