We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Coordinator, Social + Influencer to join our growing Los Angeles-based team! You will be pivotal in driving influencer and agency product send outs, awareness, traffic, and engagement. You should have prior experience with influencer marketing and/or beauty. This position requires strong organization skills, initiative, excellent communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate has a background in product organization, social media management, influencer marketing and has a passion for finding the perfect influencers to represent a brand.
Job Responsibility:
Manage agency product inventory to support INTL + US markets
Assist influencer team with sourcing creators for mailers and influencer campaigns
Support with influencer and ad hoc send outs
Own monthly seeding campaigns to support evergreen and new launches
Own organization and upkeep of the influencer product closet, ensuring inventory is accurate and available
Coordinate product shipments with Operations to guarantee efficient seeding logistics
Monitor and forecast product usage for influencer programs, reporting needs back to Manager and cross-functional partners
Organize and track content coming in from creators
Support with influencer reporting for small campaigns
Assist in scheduling weekly posts across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Stay up to date on social platform sentiment + keeping track of influencer and celebrity mentions
Create assets for social, including graphics for in-feed and stories, with strong design skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Add engaging text-on-screen elements, motion graphics, or layout variations as needed to bring social concepts to life
Capture and edit content, as well as existing content, for use across social channels
Help maintain and organize the content library, ensuring assets are properly saved, labeled, and shared
Asset management of social requests for organic, paid and retail
Reporting for the social + influencer team including weekly trend and monthly competitive
Requirements:
1 year experience in a marketing role or internship
Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Google sheets, Excel and PowerPoint
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in fast paced environment
Understand ILIA’s aesthetic and support our image across all touchpoints
Previous experience in influencer marketing and/or beauty
Natural interest in social media trends and platforms
Thoroughly engaged with TikTok and familiar with trending sounds, hashtags, etc.
