  • Provide developers with appropriate brand assets, naming conventions, imagery, and direction to maintain consistency across markets
  • Track key project milestones and coordinate related marketing needs and deliverables
  • Partner internally to determine the optimal strategy for showcasing Americas projects across Four Seasons’ ecosystem
  • Develop and share briefs with creative, editorial, and CRM teams to ensure each project’s unique selling points are clearly communicated

  • Act as a cross functional connector—aligning Brand, Social, Digital Experience, Web, CRM/Loyalty, and Development teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent marketing approach
  • Consolidate internal feedback and provide clear, actionable direction to developers and external agencies
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of accuracy, tone, and visual identity across all residential related materials
  • Support Residential CRM deployments by reviewing creative, confirming key project information, and ensuring Americas developments are represented accurately
  • Connect CRM performance and key insights back to internal stakeholders and development partners when relevant
  • Review campaign and content performance reports (digital, CRM, editorial) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for project teams
  • Track how Americas properties perform across owned channels to help inform future content, timing, and placements
  • Support the Americas Development leadership team with the creation and refinement of marketing materials
  • Partner with internal brand and creative teams to elevate materials developers rely on for sales centres, PR, and local campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, real estate, luxury, hospitality, or agency environments
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for brand integrity
  • Clear, concise written communication skills—able to summarize feedback and guide creative partners effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal teams and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in luxury real estate and development
