We are looking to add a Coordinator, Recruitment to our Team. The Coordinator, Recruitment will screen, and score resumes for our clients. This is a great opportunity for hard working, analytical and highly skilled individuals who are looking to expand their recruitment knowledge.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing job descriptions, specifications, and selection criteria to gain a full understanding of the job
Attending an intake call with public sector hiring managers to discuss the positions and criteria
Analytically reviewing candidate resumes – screening them for demonstrated experience based on defined selection criteria and scoring them by following specific resume screening guidelines and commenting on each resume
Ability to meet client and internal deadlines
Ensuring that you meet Wilson quality standards and strictly following a predetermined methodology
Requirements:
A passion for recruitment and resume screening
Ability to analyze resumes and evaluate based on screening guidelines
Strong written and verbal communication
Junior recruitment experience or HR degree or certificate
Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Work with little supervision – home office is required with your own computer and internet access
