Job Description:

You will support the People & Culture team, focusing on teams in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands, handling onboarding, offboarding, contract creation, payroll tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will maintain HR systems, handle administrative details, and act as a point of contact for team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • support the entire People and Culture team with empathy and a strong sense of ownership, focusing on our teams in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands

  • maintain a clear overview of our HR systems such as Personio, Gastromatic & Co
  • take care of contract changes, references, certificates, birthdays, anniversaries
  • bring your organizational skills to onboarding sessions, presentations, and reporting
  • act as a trusted, authentic point of contact for team members
  • support creative projects and hotel openings
  • actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our tools and workflows
  • step in for your team when needed

Requirements:

  • first experience from a comparable role in generalist HR-role within the hospitality industry
