Job Description:

Immediate opening for a Coordinator III to work 3 days in the Westerville office and two days remote. The Coordinator III performs a variety of complex administrative projects related to organizational functions, coordinates operations, manages meetings and events, and creates reports.

Job Responsibility:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative projects for a department or division primarily related to a specific organizational function
  • Coordinates meetings and events
  • Coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations and/or facility operations
  • Completes special projects as assigned
  • Maintains and updates tools
  • Researches and prepares reports

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience as administrative support in a professional setting
  • High School graduate and 2 years of higher education
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Experience at creating invoices
  • Safety/Transportation experience a plus
  • Transportation Compliance Motor Vehicle Records and DAT Testing preferred
  • Operations, Research Analysis, Lead Special Projects, Prepare Reports, Coordinate Meetings, Financial Operation
