Serves as the primary point of contact for the Office of Human Resources, providing high-quality customer service to faculty, staff, students, applicants, and visitors. This role manages front office operations, responds to general HR inquiries, and coordinates the intake and routing of personnel documentation. Acts as a liaison between Human Resources and the University community, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication and support.
Job Responsibility:

Receives, reviews, and organizes incoming personnel documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Performs data entry and supports routine human resources transactions, including employment verification
Assists with onboarding processes for new employees
Provides administrative support to the Office of Human Resources
