Job Description

The Graduate Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the admissions applications and materials for graduate programs. The incumbent will serve as a member of the systems processing team which is charged with applicant review, application and portfolio document processing, quality control measures, and maintained knowledge and usage of the CRM, Slate. The incumbent will also be expected to produce reports and communications- related to inquiry, prospect, applicant and admitted student life-cycles.

Job Responsibility

  • Assesses graduate admission applications for completion of EKU and program-specific admission standards while making informed and accurate admission decisions, adhering to university policy. Provides high level customer service to prospective students.
  • Provides reports in support of graduate admissions operations, frequently communicate with departments across campus for streamlined efficiency regarding the graduate application process.
  • Stay current in graduate admissions processing efficiencies, participate in professional development opportunities related to graduate education and CRM.
