The F&B Sales Coordinator is responsible to assist the Project Manager in Lifestyle membership. Takes part in restaurant reservation by answering calls and making reservations as well as helping in the operation if required.
Job Responsibility
Handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information data could be delivered timely and correctly
Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities. Be able to conduct hotel tour with client
Collect and register the guest information and other records. Ensure all application form are fully completed. Proper explanation is given if there is any discrepancy
Assist guests in downloading the mobile app and enrolling in the membership
Maintain a good relationship with customers by providing an excellent after sale service to improve the renewal rate of the membership cards
Deliver the latest F&B promotion information to customers in time and follow up on the reservation, payment and other related work
Concern on all the demand change trend and feedback of customer, analysis the reason and provide information as well as ideas to the Project Manager
Assist in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required
Maintain a good relationship with the other department and provide all necessary assistance when required
Required to be well verse in all F&B outlets information over and above the Lifestyle in order to sell groups and queries for outlets
Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up
Provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
Support the Food and Beverage operation, including working in restaurants in weekend if necessary. Responsible to take care of the Festive Desk
Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
