Job Description

FX is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to three executives within our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, including calendars, travel, expenses, and administrative workflows, while also supporting the coordination of assigned projects and deliverables across the department.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to one SVP and two VPs, including managing phones, calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, mail distribution, courier requests, and related administrative tasks
  • Deliver day-to-day logistical and operational support for the Digital Marketing team, including ordering supplies, partnering with IT on troubleshooting needs, and coordinating with Facilities on office moves and concerns
  • Partner with the executive team to support assigned projects and initiatives by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams, and maintaining project documentation and status updates
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment of priorities, deadlines, and next steps
  • Support cross-functional meetings by assisting with scheduling, tracking action items, and following up on action items

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience
  • 1+ year of administrative experience in a professional office environment required, with a strong preference for supporting executives in television, media, or production
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion
  • Proven ability to work professionally and confidently with a wide range of personalities, including show producers, executives, and talent, both by phone and in person
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
