Job Description:

This role provides a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in platform management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business processes and ensuring the effective use of our business systems

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage closed projects in QRS business systems as assigned ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Perform and support manual changes in our team's business systems to enable seamless contract management processes
  • Act as a subject matter expert, utilizing all available technology and resources effectively and efficiently
  • Manage CPI increases
  • Run Paymo Invoices
  • Set up new users/clients/projects as required
  • Liaise with leaders to ensure our systems have the required number of user accounts / manage billing for the system etc
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business systems-related communication, support, and platform Q&A
  • Provide light, tool-based training sessions to ensure users are confident and proficient in the platform
  • Follow up with accountable users to ensure platform compliance and completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with various business units to analyze data, extract relevant insights, and identify trends both proactively and reactively
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage assignments, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery of tasks
  • Develop a systems-based understanding of business systems to maximize its functionalities and align with organizational workflows
  • Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with organizational maturity
  • Make effective decisions and take initiative with minimal direction, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management Data Analytics, or a related discipline)
  • Accounts receivable experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Knowledge of statistics or mathematics for running team-wide analysis is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
