Job Description:

Coordinator - Style position at W Macau - Studio City, part of an integrated resort on Cotai Strip. The role involves managing room status, coordinating housekeeping activities, and ensuring quality standards while working in a luxury hotel environment inspired by 1950s films and Hollywood culture.

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk
Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff
Record, monitor, and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by necessary time
Assign rush rooms and rooms previously on 'Do Not Disturb' list
Complete required Housekeeping paperwork

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
