Job Description:

The role focuses on administrative, organizational, and service-oriented responsibilities. It involves entering and retrieving information, handling records, creating and maintaining filing systems, transmitting information through various media, addressing guest inquiries and needs in a professional manner, and ensuring high-quality standards in luxury hospitality as part of The Ritz-Carlton.
