Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate, plan, develop, supervise and control all activities related to Preplanning and launching of new projects
  • Define the production process, support and follow the start-up curves & that the achievement of the declared performances
  • Validate, manage and keep the regular update of the lay-out of new projects on the Factory Layout
  • Ensure regular monitoring of the PFMEA planning and action plan
  • Contribute to the analysis of Engineering Changes, by defining their impact on the mounting method and the capacity of the equipment in production on the assembly area, in the interval between time required by the client
  • Supervise and validate data collection and analysis to identify and quantify investment and productivity optimization opportunities
  • Pilot and propose suitable and realistic solutions for the definition of systems by the design of production flows and methods

Requirements:

  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Very good level of English/French
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Leadership, ability to analyze and synthesize
