Job Description:

Housekeeping Coordinator position at W Punta de Mita, responsible for managing room status, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient housekeeping operations.

Job Responsibility:

Run sold room reports
Verify room status
Determine discrepant rooms
Prioritize room cleaning
Update status of departing guest rooms
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Act as liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute room assignments
Record, monitor, and update 'Do Not Disturb' rooms list
Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by required time
Assign rush rooms and previously 'Do Not Disturb' rooms
Complete required Housekeeping paperwork

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
