Job Description:

As a cooperating team leader, you will manage the production line for hand-made bricks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will coordinate operations, guide your team, and implement process improvements in a hands-on leadership role.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure requested production planning is closely followed on the assigned line
supply individual work stations and remove finished material with a forklift truck
train new employees and help implement training plans
propose and implement performance improvements
carry out quality checks
perform minor administrative tasks like attendance monitoring and staff evaluations
manage maintenance and facilities for the line and team
channel employee questions
report directly to the Supervisor

Requirements:

Some experience in managing people
a sense of order and tidiness
forklift driver's certificate
ability to handle a computer
ideally completed a technical education
excellent knowledge of Polish and English
knowledge of Dutch and/or French as an added asset
ability to perform physical work
positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the development of a healthy company
willingness to work in the early shift
preferably live in the Oudenaarde region

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Dutch
knowledge of French
