Cooperating Team Leader

• Ensure requested production planning is followed on the line
• Supply individual workstations and remove finished material using a forklift truck
• Train new employees and implement training plans
• Work with the Supervisor to propose and implement performance improvements
• Carry out quality checks, correct stacking, labelling, and processed quantities
• Handle minor administrative tasks such as attendance and staff evaluations
• Manage facilities and team line
• Channel employee questions daily
• Report directly to the Supervisor

• Some experience in managing people
• Importance to structured work and sense of order and tidiness
• Forklift driver's certificate
• Ability to handle a computer
• Ideal completion of a technical education
• Excellent knowledge of Polish and English
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an added asset
• No issue with physical work
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to company development
• Willingness to work in the early shift
• Preferably live in the Oudenaarde region
