Job Responsibility:

  • Hands on experience in Cooling fan Module, Radiator and condenser design and development
  • Management of assigned employees based on Brose management principles
  • Independent capacity planning, scheduling based on project timelines and utilization of resources
  • Monitoring and evaluating the tasks assigned to the team in regard to quality, timeline
  • Represents all design activities during product development, which requires close co-operation with team engineers, component experts, HQ engineers, test engineers and project engineer
  • Coordination of the design and development work, internally and externally, worldwide in consultation with supervisor
  • Collaboration at creation and enhancement of Design FMEAs
  • Responsible for execution of projects with ensuring design verifications i.e. design calculations, GD &T, Stack-up and simulations done
  • Initiation of more complex calculations together with specialists (e.g. FEA, Mold flow) and interpretation of results together with specialists
  • Constant optimization of the processes in the area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • BE Mechanical or comparable disciplines
  • 6-8 years of working experience in similar domain
  • Understanding thermal management system of Car
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • DFSS/LEAN/DMAIC methodology will added an advantage

  • Writing and adapting test cases based on software requirements for the product to ensure the test coverage of the given requirements
  • Planning test execution for projects assigned in team to meet the planned timeline and effort
  • Regular update of test execution progress including any foreseen delays to meet the planned timeline and escalation if no tasks are planned
  • Participate in project meetings and discuss the Test summary review findings with development Team
  • Review of Test cases with reference to the System requirements
  • Regular update of working hours in Timesheet / Time-booking software
  • Support the training of new team members and other Engineers on planned topics
