Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift. Communicating all relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, coaching the team to ensure company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and development of the Cookie Crew
Lead-by-example and motivate others by living and breathing the Insomnia culture
Prioritise and delegate tasks for each section. Bakery, cashier, packaging, and cleaning whilst leading the Cookie Crew from the front
Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
Responsible for all financial systems on shift
