An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cook/Chef to join our Dovehaven Team. This role will require you to work 40 hours a week on a rota basis at our Dean Wood Manor home on Spring Road, Orrell, Wigan, WN5 0JH. The working hours will be 4 days a week - 6.30am - 5.30pm on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required! Dean Wood is a beautiful and unique home which specialises in complex care need, EMI, dementia and Nursing. All residents are treated as individuals and the staff focus on what they can do for themselves, and not on what they can no longer do. At a number of our Dovehaven Homes we use a company called Apetito. Apetito are a company who produce nutritious, great-tasting meals for hospitals, care homes and community services across the UK. They have a wide range of well-presented, nutritious meals to suit every taste and dietary need, they aim to make a real difference to lives of elderly and vulnerable people in care.
