Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cook to join our friendly team at Blackwood Forest. Work in one of the UK's most stunning forest locations, developing your skills while providing outstanding service to our guests. As the Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering warm, welcoming food to guests throughout their stay.

Job Responsibility

Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and specifications
Ensure food is presented to a consistently high standard
Support a smooth and efficient kitchen service during busy periods
Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards
Complete kitchen checks and required food safety paperwork
Follow cleaning schedules to keep the kitchen safe, tidy and well organised

Requirements

Experience working in a kitchen or catering environment
A positive and friendly attitude
A strong focus on food quality and presentation
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment
