We are looking for an experienced Cook to join the team at Great Beginnings Bathurst to produce high quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 129 children each day.

Job Responsibility

Produce high quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 129 children each day
Menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering and control
Ensuring dietary and allergy safe requirements
Ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with relevant Food Safety regulations

Requirements

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification and experience in a cook role
Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance and First Aid
Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
