Cook

• Prepare raw chicken by breading it according to the established process
• cook chicken in fryers ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures
• move cooked chicken to holding equipment to maintain freshness
• clean kitchen equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards
• assist team members with other food preparation tasks
• support cleaning duties within the kitchen
• follow all health and safety regulations

• Must be 18 years old or greater
• high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• able to follow detailed instructions
• reliable and punctual
• able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Ability to follow established cooking procedures
• basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• good teamwork and communication skills
• prior experience in food preparation is a plus
• physical capability to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
