Job Description:

Trust has a great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team in Calton, Glasgow City, on a permanent part-time contract of 24.5 hours (average) per week. We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. Here at Trust Housing, we are dedicated to making a real difference in caring and supporting people with their everyday lives. We support older tenants with a variety of different needs. Not only will you get a great sense of achievement, but in return you can expect excellent training and a positive enjoyable working environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare delicious meals according to the menu
Menu planning
Ordering
Preparing ingredients
Working alongside the catering assistant
Help keep the kitchen organised and running efficiently

Requirements:

Experience as a Cook
Skilled in preparing meals according to menu
Ability in moving around the kitchen
Adept in multi-tasking
Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques
Must follow food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures
Must reside in the UK with right to work documents
Must already hold the legal right to work in the UK
