Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for Cooks of all levels who are essential members of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Cooks provide enjoyable expertly cooked dining experiences conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Job Responsibility:
Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
Ensure all food items are prepared to exacting standards
Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials
Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station
Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality
Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operation or culinary school
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lb
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Good level of food knowledge and experience
