Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes or menu
Cook food and prepare menu items of superior quality timely
Taste foods to ensure preparation and temperature are accurate
Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
