Job Description:

Prepare meals in a distinguished culinary environment, adhere to high food quality and service standards, and be a part of a globally renowned luxury hospitality team.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare special meals or substitute items
regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
thaw frozen food in refrigerators
ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish of food
maintain food logs
monitor food quality and quantity
prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
assist in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
report maintenance needs or unsafe work conditions
maintain positive relationships with colleagues and guests
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
excellent communication and teamwork skills
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
adherence to company policies and safety standards
clean and professional personal appearance
confidentiality of proprietary information
