Job Responsibility:

  • Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
  • Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records
  • Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
  • Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence
  • Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans

Requirements:

  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent)
  • Team player with effective communication skills
  • Confident, flexible, and innovative
  • Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years)
