Job Description:

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Cook responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with TUI concept standards, ensuring food safety and cleanliness while maintaining an efficient and well organised kitchen. You work closely with other kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring minimal waste
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments
Address any issues with food preparation or service promptly and professionally
Promote good communication with all Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams

Requirements:

Passionate about delivering a high-quality culinary experience
Good standard of English required
Local or other European languages highly advantageous
Previous chef experience required
Preferably within a busy hospitality/hotel setting
Guest focused mindset and ability to adapt quickly
Strong team player

Nice to have:
