Job Responsibility:
accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
Requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work varying shifts including days, hours, and rotating weekends
good communication skills
ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
physical stamina to stand for extended periods
punctuality and reliability
