Job Responsibility:
Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and specifications
Ensure food is presented to a consistently high standard
Support a smooth and efficient kitchen service during busy periods
Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards
Complete kitchen checks and required food safety paperwork
Follow cleaning schedules to keep the kitchen safe, tidy and well organised
Requirements:
Experience working in a kitchen or catering environment
A positive and friendly attitude
A strong focus on food quality and presentation
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working in a fast-paced service environment
