Aramark is currently looking for a Cook for Abbvie's Food Service

Job Responsibility

  • Cook and prepare a variety of food items
  • Prepare salads for the salad bar and catering services
  • Prepare catering sandwiches
  • Perform mise en place
  • Assemble catering trays
  • Assist with inventory counts
  • Participate in food service operations
  • Demonstrate creativity while respecting client requirements
  • Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare high-end meals for the hot table
  • Optimize food and labour costs
  • Ensure the implementation of management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs
  • Monitor and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Be able to respond to operational needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to daily work
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer service-oriented

Nice to have

  • Catering preparation experience is an asset
  • MAPAQ food hygiene and sanitation certificate (an asset)
