The Line Cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. From a fluffy omelet at three in the morning to an elaborate banquet, our kitchens are always in overdrive, meeting the demands of all of the hotels Food and Beverage operations. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in Food and Beverage
Servsafe Certification required
U.S. Work authorization
