We are seeking a dedicated and reliable culinary professional to join our team in a full-time, year-round role. This position plays an important part in delivering a positive dining experience through consistent food quality, safe kitchen practices, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized work station during service
Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency throughout preparation and plating
Support efficient kitchen operations by communicating effectively with team members and leadership
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling ingredients and supplies
Help maintain equipment, tools, and kitchen areas in proper working condition
Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety practices
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, guest-focused environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and repetitive motions
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
