Job Responsibility:
Preparing, producing and presenting superior quality food in a timely and professional manner as directed by the Executive Chef
Assisting the Executive Chef in menu creation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
Trade Qualified (Certificate III Commercial Cookery)
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
A current Food Safety Certificate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
Ability to work a flexible roster, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
A strong and positive personality
A high degree of professional pride
Maximum energy and motivation
