As a Cook, you will prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, support the Head Chef, and ensure that every plate meets our quality expectations. Job Responsibility:
Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent service
Supervising and mentoring junior staff or kitchen assistants when required
Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas
Assisting with inventory control, stock management, and ordering when necessary
Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes
Maintaining a professional and proactive attitude throughout service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in restaurants of high quality or gastronomy-focused establishments
Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and presentation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to quality
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Passion for gastronomy, learning, and professional growth
Good presentation, professionalism, and proactive attitude
Valid work permit for Spain
