As a Cook, you will prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s standards, support the Head Chef, and ensure that every plate meets our quality expectations. Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent service
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff or kitchen assistants when required
  • Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients
  • Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas
  • Assisting with inventory control, stock management, and ordering when necessary
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards
  • Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes

Requirements:
