Are you ready to take the reins of a bustling staff canteen and create delicious meals that brighten up everyone’s day? We’re looking for a self-motivated and skilled Cook to manage all aspects of food preparation and service in this stand-alone position. You’ll have the freedom to design menus, source quality ingredients, and ensure a seamless dining experience for our staff. This is your chance to showcase your culinary expertise while contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages with care and consistency
Develop menus, source ingredients at the best prices, and maintain purchase receipts
Handle till readings, reconcile daily food sales, and submit reports to the accounts team
Maintain up-to-date hygiene records, conduct weekly stock checks, and ensure proper stock rotation

Requirements:

Previous kitchen experience is essential
Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification
A can-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent food and service
