Job Description:

Join Our Culinary Team! We are looking for an experienced cook / chef to join our team, working at an inner southern suburbs location.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook or chef (Cert III and above preferred)
  • Flexibility in working 15 - 25 hours weekly, including weekdays and weekends (Wednesday to Saturday especially)
  • Adaptability to changing menu requirements and customer preferences
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices including Haccp
  • Knowledge of stock control and ability to work unsupervised
