We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook III to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Cook III, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining the company's culinary and service standards. This full-time, year-round position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared with attention to detail, quality, and timeliness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations by following appropriate sanitation and hygiene procedures
  • Assist with ordering and inventory management of kitchen supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Participate in ongoing culinary training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook III or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong understanding of kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary certification or equivalent training is a plus but not required
