Job Description

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our culinary team- a cook who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages
  • Contribute positively to a fast‑paced, collaborative kitchen environment
  • Manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness
  • Prepare consistent, high‑quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards
  • Follow Four Seasons Food Standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
  • Assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction
  • Label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies
  • Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
  • High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
