Job Description

Aqua Bay Bar & Grill seeks a Cook II to prepare high quality food in a fast-paced outdoor setting. The successful candidate will follow food safety standards and recipes while focusing on providing a guest experience that exceeds expectations. Prior cook experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is required. Flexible availability is required during peak resort periods.

Job Responsibility

Preparing tasty food from the frill, fryer, and flat top
Following recipes so every guest gets the 'wow, this is great' bite
Keeping your station clean, stocked, and ready for the next order
Ensuring food safety and sanitation requirements are always followed
Hustling
especially during peak guest times

Requirements

Prior grill or kitchen experience
Team player who brings great energy and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and high occupancy periods
