Job Description

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner food items per guest order
  • Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line)
  • Prepare food items according to guest orders following recipe cards and standards
  • Complete mis en place and set-up station for service
  • Manages the temperature of meat and fish
  • Start food items prepared ahead of time
  • Scales recipes to the gram
  • Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
  • Date all food containers and rotate as per policies
  • Control food waste, loss and usage per policies
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Assist in prep work of vegetables and condiments as required for the next shift

Requirements

  • High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years culinary
  • Intermediate culinary knowledge
  • Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
