In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and banquets environment

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a culinary position
  • Experience in a hotel and in banquets is a plus
  • Have or have the ability to take food handlers certification
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Team player
  • Keen eye for detail and high quality standards
  • Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
