Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Full-time Cook I to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full time opportunity working various days, including weekends, with a shift time of approximately 9:00am to 6:30pm The ideal candidate will have prior experience in multiple areas within the kitchen and be proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and production methods.
Job Responsibility:
Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for Hospital at Home patients
Performing clean, safe, and sanitary work in accordance with department policies
Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
Cooling, packing, and labelling food for Hospital at Home meal delivery service
Requirements:
Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred
